Criteri di partecipazione<\/h3>\n

Possono partecipare tutti i capi e Rover che prestano servizio in Branca lupetti, a livello locale, di Distretto, di Regione e Nazionale purch\u00e9 maggiorenni e regolarmente censiti<\/strong>. Non ci sono limitazioni numeriche a livello di singolo Consiglio di Branco.<\/p>\n

E\u2019 necessario iscriversi entro il 30 aprile<\/strong> per consentire una adeguata organizzazione dell\u2019evento.<\/p>\n

Programma<\/h3>\n

La Rupe inizier\u00e0 ad Assisi, presso il piazzale di S. Maria degli Angeli (vicino alla Stazione ferroviaria) nel primo pomeriggio di venerd\u00ec 11 settembre.<\/p>\n

La cena di venerd\u00ec sar\u00e0 al sacco.<\/p>\n

Si dormir\u00e0 in tenda entrambe le notti.<\/p>\n

Ci saranno delle attivit\u00e0 organizzate a gruppi\/Branchi, nei quali sar\u00e0 mantenuta l\u2019unit\u00e0 dei Consigli di Branco. I singoli Consigli di Branco possono quindi organizzarsi in maniera autonoma per la tenda e la cena di venerd\u00ec.<\/p>\n

Il programma prevede degli spostamenti con mezzi pubblici sul territorio, dei percorsi a piedi di diversi chilometri, la visita di Assisi.<\/p>\n

Il termine della Rupe \u00e8 previsto sempre a S. Maria degli Angeli verso ora di pranzo di domenica 13 settembre.<\/p>\n

Costi<\/h3>\n

l costo complessivo \u00e8 di 70 Euro. I costi includono le spese di pernottamento, l\u2019affitto dei locali, il vitto per sabato e la colazione di domenica, le spese di trasporto pubblico, i costi dell\u2019organizzazione dell\u2019evento (es. fazzoletti).<\/p>\n

Il pagamento va intestato a Associazione Italiana Guide e Scouts d\u2019Europa Cattolici\u201d con CAUSALE: \u201cASSISI20, Cognome, Nome, [Nome Gruppo]\u201d utilizzando:<\/p>\n

A causa dell\u2019incertezza legata agli effetti del Coronavirus, non \u00e8 necessario effettuare subito il pagamento. Il pagamento andr\u00e0 effettuato alla conferma ufficiale della realizzazione della Rupe, che sar\u00e0 data probabilmente nel mese di agosto. Per chi ha gi\u00e0 versato l\u2019acconto di 35 euro \u00e8 sufficiente pagare il saldo; in caso di mancata realizzazione della Rupe, l\u2019acconto sar\u00e0 restituito a tutti coloro che lo hanno gi\u00e0 versato.<\/p>\n
